Funded by the founders and their close family.

Seadon & Jones trades only its own capital. This page explains where that capital comes from.

A long, quiet office corridor lined with glass meeting rooms.

Two sources of capital.

Two dark notebooks with orange bands and two pens, side by side on a dark desk.

The founders’ own money

Felix Jones and Will Seadon put their own money into the company, lending it to Seadon & Jones as director’s loans.

An empty dark dining table by a window in the evening, a single orange mug on it.

Fixed-rate loans from close family

The company also borrows from the founders’ close family through fixed-rate loans. We do not publish loan rates or terms.

Sponsorship supports the company too.

Brands that fit our values sponsor our website, content and events. Sponsorship is paid to Seadon & Jones and supports the company as a whole.
